In recent years, various nanomaterials have been studied in the field of biotechnology because of its small size and biocompatibility. Magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs), one of the nanomaterials, have attractive employed as a biosensor material due to convenient manipulation, simple synthesis process and low cost of production. MNPs are easily assembled by an external magnetic field, allowing for more sensitive, faster, and accurate sensing of biomolecules. In this work, we synthesized a series of MNPs by coprecipitation method. The stability in aqueous solution and selective binding ability with biomolecules of MNPs were enhanced by surface modification. Their morphology, chemical composition and electromagnetic property, and selective binding property of MNPs were also evaluated. |
