제목 Fabrication of antimicrobial biodegradable polymer films containing silver nanoparticles by using radiation technique
초록 In this study, the preparation of antimicrobial biodegradable polymer films containing silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs) using a radiation technique was described. Biodegradable polymer films containing silver trifluoroacetate were prepared by a solvent casting method and the films were then irradiated by electron beams at various doses. The results of the UV-VIS and FE-SEM with EDX analyses revealed that Ag NPs were successfully formed in the irradiated films. Furthermore, on the basis of the results of the antimicrobial test through disk diffusion and colony counting test, the irradiated films containing Ag NPs exhibited the antimicrobial property.
