Preparation of homogeneously emulsified PVA hydrogel using gamma-ray radiation |
초록 |
This study suggested that the method of preparation of emulsified PVA hydrogel (polyvinyl alcohol) included horse oil using gamma-ray radiation. The main ingredients of horse oil are ceramide and palmitoleic acid. The ceramide is protect skin from external toxic substance and can keep softly skin. Palmitoleic acid has been reported to having function of cell restoration, moisture preservation, anti-aging and anti-bacterial. The emulsified PVA hydrogel was prepared by freezing and thawing for inducing physical cross-linking and radiation cross-linking technology. The physical properties of the hydrogel were analyzed by gel content, swelling ratio, mechanical property, moisturizing rate and contact angle. In order to check chemical structure and cross section or surface, the PVA hydrogel included horse oil was analyzed through fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and scanning election microscope (SEM). |
