제목 Efficient Perovskite Solar Cells for Wetting Process by Ultrasonic Spraying in Low Temperature with Heat Blow
초록  Many researchers are dedicated to resolving global warming challenges. To replace fossil fuel, we need clean, low-pollution and sustainable energy sources. Solar energy is an idea energy resource because it is renewable, abundant, clean and sustainable. Metal halide perovskite solar cells have many advantages. Because of their unique properties high open-circuit voltage, long-diffusion length, bandgap tunability, low exciton binding energy and so on. Recently, researchers have been dedicated to scalable coating method. Because their coating process important to find commercial application. such as doctor-blade, slot-die, ink-jet, spray coating. The large area coating is very important because the uniformity and compactness of the membrane are reduced as the area is wider. Here, we introduce innovative coating method to make pinhole-free. We had Wetting to produce a dense perovskite film, and then we used a hot-air drying process.
