제목 Self-assembly of Funtional Triblock Copolymer in Thin Film Geometry and its Characterization
초록 Nanoporous membranes derived from block copolymers (BCPs) are promising materials for controlled ultrafiltration due to their size tunability and ability for functionalization. In this study, functional PtBA block containing triblock copolymer with cylindrical morphology was used to fabricate ultrafiltration template. Pore generation and size control process was followed for control of functionality in BCP membrane. The characteristic of this BCP film was investigated by grazing incidence small-Angle x-ray scattering (GISAXS) and atomic force microscopy (AFM).
