제목 Polymer light-emitting diodes based on a conjugated dendrimer with enhanced electron transporting
초록 Fabrication of double-layer polymer light-emitting diodes(PLED) based on emission from phosphorescent molecule tris(2-phenylpyridine)iridium(Ir(ppy)3) doped into a poly(9-vinylcarbazole)(PVK) host with good hole transport ability are reported.
The device contains a graded double-layer structure prepared from the PVK, Ir(ppy)3 complex film covered with the dendrimer film because the dendrimer second layer was prepared by spin-coating from a solvent that only swells the PVK, Ir(ppy)3 complex film.
The EL quantum efficiency is significantly enhanced in comparison with the devices based on a single layer.
