제목 Epitaxial Self-Assembly of Block Copolymers for Defect-Free Nanofabrication
초록 The practical utilization of molecular self-assembly has been limited mainly due to the high density of defects in the fabricated structure. In order to enhance the long range ordering of nanostructure various hybrid technologies combining top-down and bottom-up methods have been developed. In this presentation epitaxial self-assembly, a hybrid technology for well-ordered block copolymer nanostructure will be introduced. Prepatterned surfaces prepared by photolighographic process directs the self-assembly of block copolymer thin films such that the ordering and orientation of nanostructure in thin films could be perfectly registered.
