Multi-step PVDF-TrFE nanostructure for multi-level non-volatile memory |

Ferroelectric nanostructures are attracting tremendous interest because they offer a promising route to novel integrated electronic devices such as non-volatile memories. For high density memory device, we fabricated multi-step PVDF-TrFE nanostructure array using Anodic Aluminum Oxide (AAO) template. First, PVDF-TrFE solution dropped on a Pt substrate, followed by spin-coated. And then, at high temperature and pressure, PVDF-TrFE was imprinted by multi-step AAO template. Crystallinity and Piezoresponse of fabricated multi-step PVDF-TrFE were measured by GIWAX and PFM, respectively. |
