제목 Quasi-3D Gold Nanoholes Array on Flexible Substrates for DNA Detection using Surface-Enhanced Raman Scattering
초록 Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) is a highly sensitive vibrational spectroscopy that offers the detection of multiple analytes at molecular level in a nondestructive and rapid manner. Here we introduce a facile method to fabricate a nanoholes array on flexible substrates suitable for Raman scattering enhancement. The nanoholes array was prepared by a direct pattern transfer using plasma etching with a thin anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) mask and functionalized as a SERS active substrate followed by gold deposition, forming a quasi-3D gold nanoholes array. The gold surface immobilized by a probe DNA showed selective enhancement of Raman scattering with a Cy5-labeled complementary DNA compared to a flat gold surface, which demonstrate a potential of the quasi-3D gold nanoholes array for sensing applications.
