Synthesis of bio-polyol from cardanol derived by cashew nut |
초록 |
Bioplastics are fabricated by using more than 25% of biomass as raw materials. Cardanol extracted from cashew nut shell liquid (CNSL) is a resource capable of producing novel functional materials for various polymers by having 1 to 3 double bond-containing unsaturated chains in the meta position of reactive benzene ring and phenol group. Cardanol-based Bio-polyols have been applied to polyurethane. Therefore, polyurethane film was prepared by using bio-polyol synthesized from cardanol, one of the vegetable oils. The aim is to synthesize the bio-polyol via modification of benzene ring and prepare the bio-based polyurethane which have superior antibacterial property by using the bio-polyol. The chemical structure of bio-polyol was caracterized via NMR and FT-IR. The thermal stability and properties of the polyurethane were analyzed by TGA and DSC. |
