For polymer solar cells, π-conjugated polyelectrolytes (CPEs) are generally used for introducing interfacial dipole. The interfacial dipole between photoactive layer and electrode play an important role not only modification of work function, but also hole blocking ability. The side chain arrangement, which is sequence or alternate on the end of side chain in same backbone, is a simple strategy to tune interfacial dipole. In our study, the CPEs and their salts were polymerized to compare the effect of conformation, and then fabricated for polymer solar cells (PSCs). |
