Lecithin Phosphatidylcholine/Hyperbranched Polyglycidol Hybrid Liposomes for Anti-cancer Drug Delivery |

A novel lecithin phosphatidylcholine (PC)/ hyperbranched polyglycidol (HBP) hybrid liposome was fabricated and explored as a controlled anti-cancer drug delivery system. Lecithin PC/HBP liposome was fabricated by self assembly method. Liposomes which have different ratio of lecithin PC and HBP were fabricated depending on molecular weight of HBP. The average diameter and zeta potential of liposomes were determined using dynamic light scattering analyzer. The morphologies of liposomes were observed by transmission electron microscope. |
