We are reporting the use of reverse thermal gelling poly(ethylene glycol)-poly(L-alanine) (PEG-L-PA) aqueous solution for 3D culture on human adipose-derived stem cells (ADSC). While keeping the PEG molecular weight at 5000 Daltons, and L-PA molecular weight was varied. 3D culture systems of ADSCs were produced by increasing the temperature of cell-suspended aqueous solutions to 37 oC, where the gel modulus was kept at 600-1000 Pa. The aqueous solution was injected into the subcutaneous layer of BALB/c mice for in vivo study. We investigated cell proliferation, cell viability, differentiation. |
