Preparation of zwitterionic amphiphilic copolymers as coating materials applied in ultrafiltration having anti-protein and -oil fouling properties |
초록 |
A series of random copolymers for post-zwitterionization (PDM#s) were synthesized via free radical polymerization using DMAEMA and MAPOSS monomers and AIBN as initiator. Zwitterionic amphiphilic coatings on polysulfone (PSf) ultrafiltration membranes were prepared through two steps such as spin coating and post modification. The copolymers and zwitterionic polymers were characterized with H1NMR and XPS, respectively. All of the resonance peaks corresponding to P (DMAEMA) and P (MAPOSS) segments were found in the spectra. And also, the XPS results confirms that the zwitterionic structure is obtained. The final products, zwitterionic amphiphilic polymers were applied to coating materials for inducing antifouling properties on commercial ultrafiltration such as anti-protein fouling and anti-oil fouling. |
