제목 A Polybenzo[1,2-b:4,5-b’]dithiophene Derivative with Deep HOMO Level and Its Application in Organic Photovoltaic Cells
초록 We synthesized two ploymers by the Stille cross-coupling polymerization. The obtained PhOD-BTZ, and PhOD-BTBTZ were soluble in organic solvents such as THF, toluene, chloroform, chlorobenzene. Molecular weight of PhOD-BTZ and PhOD-BTBTZ were obtained 76.6, 52.0 kDa and polydispersity index were 1.79, 1.3, respectively. The photophysical properties for PhOD-BTZ and PhOD-BTBTZ polymers were investigated by UV (ultraviolet spectrum). UV absorption (λmax) peaks was found at 643, 608 nm in solution and at 658, 608 nm in film state, respectively. PhOD-BTZ and PhOD-BTBTZ exhibited optical band gaps of 1.71, 1.79 eV, respectively. And Highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) energy levels estimated by surface analyzer was -5.6, -5.43 eV and Lowest Unoccupied Molecular Orbital (LUMO) was estimated -3.88, -3.74 eV, respectively. Thermal properties of PhOD-BTZ and PhOD-BTBTZ were investigated 5 w% loss at 374, 347 oC and It wasn’t appeared glass Transition Temperature.
