제목 Nanoporous Membrane Sensor for Efficient Detection of Biomaterials
초록 The development of the sensors having excellent sensitivity for the detection of the biomaterials for diagnosis becomes very important to prevent severe disease at the initial stage. We designed a biosensor to detect a biomaterial (VEGF), which is widely used to detect initial stage of cancer. For this purpose, we used porous membrane based on anodized alumina (AAO). Then, gold is coated on the AAO wall, and functionalized polypyrroles are prepared on gold layer. Because of the channel length and perfectly vertical alignment between two electrodes, the sensitivity is greatly enhanced.
