제목 Preparation and characterizations of Chitosan/Xanthan gum/Graphene Oxide composite hydrogels
초록 Graphene have attracted intensive attention for biomedical application. Polyelectrolyte hydrogels formed by chitosan(CS) and xanthan gum(XG) are also promising materials with properties of biocompatibility which are able to use for encapsulation and controlled release of food ingredients, cell, enzymes, and therapeutic agents. In this study, ternary composite hydrogels are prepared by controlling pH and mixing method. There are 5 types of CS/XG/GO hydrogels with different amount of GO (0 , 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 and 0.6 wt%). In this study, the structure, thermal stability of the composite hydrogels have been investigated by the X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), thermogravimetric analysis(TGA). Other mechanical properties were also investigated by universal testing machine and so on.
