Desalination of activated carbon electrode added a graphite for water treatment |
초록 |
Capacitive deionization(CDI) is a desalination technology for removing ionic substances from the brackish water by holding charged ions in the electric double layer. In this work, electrosorptivie deionization electrodes are compared with activated carbon electrode and activated carbon electrode added a graphite. The electrochemical properties of the prepared electrodes were investigated to compare physical characterization of the electrode and capacitance by Cyclic Voltammetry and charge discharge test. Based on the results, It was evaluated that the CDI process using activated carbon-graphite electrodes could be effectively utilized to desalination. |
