제목 Synthesis of Dieckol Mono-substituted Derivatives and Regioselectivity Characterization using by 2D-NMR technique
초록 In this study, mono-substituted derivatives were synthesized through the regioselective reaction of many phenolic OH groups of dieckol. O-methylation reaction and O-benzylation reaction were carried out to obtain the two derivatives. We have synthesized 9"-O-methyl dieckol by reacting dieckol with dimethyl sulfate as a reactant, and found that the structure of the product and regioselective synthesis was achieved by 2D-NMR technique. We also have synthesized 9"-O-benzyl dieckol by reacting dieckol with benzyl bromide as a reactant, and found that the structure of the product and regioselective synthesis was characterized by the same technique.
