제목 | Cycle performances of enhanced Si based negative film electrodes coupled with LiCoO2 for lithium ion batteries |
초록 | We focused on electrode materials in the multiphase form which were composed of two metal compounds to reduce the volume change in material design. A combination of electrochemically amorphous active material in an inert matrix (Si-M) has been investigated. The matrix composited of Si-M alloys system that; active material (Si)-inactive material (M) with Li; M is a transition metal that does not alloy with Li with Li such as Ti, V or Mo. We fabricated and tested a broad range of Si-Mo compositions. The electrodes were sputter-deposited on rough Cu foil. In this study, we investigate Li-ion anode properties to the full cell of Si-Mo composite as anodes and LiCoO2 as a cathode for bulk lithium ion batteries. To evaluation Si-Mox composite anodes for bulk lithium ion batteries, we following two points were considered: (1) which N/P ratio of the Si-Mo composite as an anode and LiCoO2 as a cathode for full cell is adequately moderated, (2) what factors are related to initial coulombic efficiency of the full cell. |
