제목 Electromagnetic Interference Shielding Behaviors of Electroless Nickel-loaded Carbon Fibers-reinforced Epoxy Matrix Composites
초록 In this work, we investigated the EMI shielding effectiveness of Ni-coated carbon fibers-reinforced epoxy matrix composites with Ni content. The surface properties of the carbon fibers were measured by SEM and XPS. The EMI shielding effectiveness and electoconductivity of the composites were evaluated by in terms of EMI shielding tester (E5064A/EM2107A, AGILENT) and 4-probe multi-meter, respectively. From the results, it was found that the EMI shielding effectiveness enhanced with increasing Ni plating time and content. In conclusion, Ni content on the carbon fibers can be a key factor to determine EMI shielding effectiveness of the composites in this system.
