제목 Thermoelectric property of graphene-nanomesh from block copolymers self-assembly.
초록 The graphene is a monolayer of carbon atoms arranged in a 2D honeycomb structure, has been high electrical and thermal conductivity. Many studies have shown that theoretically calculated about the thermoelectric property of nanoscale graphene nanoribbons or superlattice structures. This nanoscale superlattice structure can control the phonon scattering in the graphene structures and reduced the thermal conductivity, but it is fairly hard to prove experimentally. Therefore, we fabricated the sub-20nm graphene-nanomesh with high-quality monolayer graphene by chemical vapor deposition (CVD), self-assembly of spherical block copolymers and O2 plasma etching. We experimentally measured the electrical and thermoelectric property as a function of temperature. The properties of graphene-nanomesh are confirmed throughout scanning electron microcopy (SEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM) and Raman spectroscopy.
