제목 | Carboxyl Functionalization of Poly[2-(3-butenyl)-2-oxazoline] with thiomalic acid via Thiol-ene Click Reaction |
초록 | Alkenyl-functionalized poly[2-(3-butenyl)-2-oxazoline] were synthesized by living cationic ring-opening polymerization of 2-(3-butenyl)-2-oxazoline. Using thiol-ene click reaction, various functional groups could be introduced into alkenyl polyoxazoline. In this work, poly[2-(3-butenyl)-2-oxazoline](POx) were functionalized with thiomalic acid(-COOH) with nearly complete functionalization yield. Becuase this homopolymer could be not electrospinned for the utility of commercial materials, coelectrospinning with Nylon-6,6 has been carried out to overcome this problem. Carboxyl functionality and exact structure of COOH-functionalized polymer were confirmed by using 1H-NMR, and FT-IR analysis. After electrospinning fabrication of COOH-POx/Nylon-6,6, the morphologies of the surface modified electrospun fiber were observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and the increase of affinity with water was confirmed by contact angle measurement of the electrospun fiber. |
