제목 | V2O5-WO3 doped oxygenated-CNT for selective catalytic reduction of NOx by NH3 |
초록 | Nitrogen oxide (NOx) causes many problems to the human body and the environment. Therefore, the regulations have been more tightened for air pollutants from exhausted gas. Accordingly, a various technology of reducing NOx have been studied, and vanadium based SCR is the most widely used due to its many characteristics. In this study, carbon nanotube (CNT) with high specific surface area was used as supports for active substances, vanadium and tungsten. The CNT was treated in acid to form a large amount of functional groups, and the substances were supported by the functional groups on the surface of oxygenated-CNT. To prevent aggregation of the substances in the catalyst, oxygenated-CNT was applied to disperse. The high dispersion of the materials on the surface of CNT was showed by TEM images, and the catalytic activity was analyzed by fixed bed reactor. As a result, the characteristics of the catalyst were improved by the high dispersion of the active material on the oxygenated-CNT. |
