제목 Highly sensitive and flexible electrochemical dopamine sensor using platinum embedded reduced graphene oxide.
초록 Dopamine (DA) is an important neurotransmitter that is involved in neuron signal transduction and several critical illnesses. However, the concentration of DA is extremely low in patients and is difficult to detect using being electrochemical biosensors. Here, we fabricated field-effect transistor (FET) based DA bio-sensor that platinum embedded reduced graphene oxides (Pt/rGOs) were immobilized on the conducting polymers (CPs) micro-patterned chemical vapor deposition (CVD) graphene electrode. These Pt/rGOs were applied at room temperature as a conductive channel with excellent sensitivity. The minimum detection level of hybrid rGOs was as low as 100 fM. Moreover, the device showed good flexibility due to the superior mechanical stability of the grapehene and CPs.
