제목 Remotely controllable nanoengineered materials for biomedical applications
초록 Designing remotely controllable nanoengineered biomaterials can help to regulate and understand nanoscale and dynamic cell-material interactions. In this talk, I will demonstrate the design of nanoengineered biomedical materials that can be remotely controlled by various stimuli, such as magnetic field, light, and self-assembly. I will show ligand stretching, sequencing, alignment, and sliding to magnetically regulate stem cell adhesion and differentiation and macrophage polarization. I will also demonstrate near-infrared light-controlled intracellular molecular delivery and nanomaterial self-assembly to regulate cell adhesion and release.
