제목 Hydrothermal Synthesis of Vanadium Oxide Nanocrystals and Their Structure Transformation Under Thermal Annealing
초록 Here, we demonstrate that hydrothermal synthesis of colloidal vanadium oxide nanocrystals. Vanadium oxide nanocrystals are synthesized via hydrothermal reaction using vanadium metal precursors and chemical reductants. As-synthesized nanocrystals are characterized using transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) measurements. We further investigate the structure transformation of vanadium oxide nanocrystals under high temperature thermal annealing to tailor the composition of vanadium oxide nanocrystals and to understand their phase behavior.
