Microporous Polyimides with Uniform Pores Prepared from Block Copolymer Templating |
| 초록 |
Microporous polyimides(PIs) with uniform pores induced by phase separation were fabricated based on the self assembly structures of copolymer blends. The pore structure of polyimide were obtained by solvent annealing and subsequent imidization and removal of the block copolymer. The porosity of PI films were confirmed by field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) and BET analysis. The porosity of the porous PI films were controlled by the weight fraction of the block copolymer. The dielectric properties of the porous PI films were studied. |
