In perovskite solar cell system, methyl ammonium lead halide is used for light absorber. Especially,CH3NH3PbI3, one of the kinds of perovskite, is often chosen as sensitizer because of their long diffusion length of 100 nm and high carrier mobility of about 66 cm2/V·s3 and can be easily coated through solution process. In high relative humidity (RH), however, it is hardly possible to make perfect perovskite film through solution process because a lot of water molecules in ambient air can interrupt formation of dense perovskite film. In this paper, we show that dense, flat and pin-hole free CH3NH3PbI3 film can be simply coated by pre-heating substrate in high RH. We observed perovskite solar cell performance by tuning the substrate temperature from room temperature (RT) to 70℃. Perovskite precursor solution is not only more easily wetted on warm substrate but also well dissolved after dropping precursor solution. When the substrate was pre-heated from RT to 60℃, Jsc was gradually increased up to 20mA/cm2 and PCE was also elevated more than 14%. However, when substrate temperature exceed 60℃, decline of performance begins because of increase of film thickness. |
