Poly-lysine nanoparticle (P-Lys NPs), which is an oligo-peptide of repeated lysine monomer, has been studied for its charging effect toward a new biomolecular memory device. In this study, electrical performance of organic P-Lys NPs memory device using new bonding or gluing of P-Lys NPs and organic active layer has been reported. SiOx was prepared as gate dielectric on silicon wafer and monolayer of P-Lys NPs was coated with binding chemicals. The P-Lys NPs were used as charge storage elements on a GPTMS as a gluing layer. Electrical property of the memory device was investigated by C-V measurement and hysteresis. |
