제목 Conductive Gravure Ink for Directly Printing RF Antenna onto a Plastic Film.
초록 Gravure printing to produce RF antenna on plastic films using conductive gravure ink without the any post-printing procedures will be presented. Conductive inks are critical for the mass production of RFID tags with low cost because they enable antennas to be printed right onto packages as part of the normal commercial printing process. Gravure printed RF antennas are recyclable and costless than copper etching antennas. In this work, silver nanoparticles suspended in an aqueous medium formulated with rheology modifiers and adhesion promoters for using in gravure printing processes will be presented in detail.
