제목 Inverted Polymer Solar Cells by Using Aliphatic Amine Derivatives with Multiple Hydroxyl Groups as a Cathode Buffer Layer
초록 Recently, ways to improve the the power conversion efficiency (PCE) of polymer solar cells (PSCs), controlling the morphology of active layer, and introducing the cathode buffer layer have been widely studied. In this research, we introduce aliphatic amine derivatives with multiple hydroxyl groups as the cathode buffer layer between ZnO layer and the active layer. These compounds with multiple hydroxyl groups can induce favorable interface dipole. Since the interface dipole is directed toward the ZnO layer, it can decrease the work function of ZnO. Herein, we investigate the photovoltaic properties of PSCs with amine derivatives as a cathode buffer layer.
