제목 Novel Donor-Acceptor type copolymers enhanced intermolecular interaction
초록 The conjugated polymer organic thin film transistors (OTFTs) has already attracted many people’s attentions because of lightweight and flexible organic semiconductors, low-cost solution processing technique. They should satisfied some requirements that is high charge carrier mobility with high on/off ratio. To increase the mobility, we importantly considered intramolecular charge transport, intermolecular charge transport, interdomain charge transport. Recently, the design of donor-acceptor type copolymer has been interested. They can control a band gap that help facilitate charge transfer along polymer backbone. Moreover, intermolecular transport and interdomain transport can be facilitated by strong intermolecular interaction between D-A units. So, we designed and synthesized new donor-acceptor type copolymers and characterized.
