Ternary nanofiber matrices composed of PCL/Black Phosphorus/Collagen to enhance osteodifferentiation |
초록 |
The nanofiber matrices using electrospinning have been actively studied in biomedical and tissue engineering application fields. The electrospinning is an effective method for to produce a three-dimensional porous structure which is similar to the natural extracellular matrix. Black phosphorus (BP) is a layered structure of 2D materials consisting phosphorus elements which is an inorganic component that constitutes the bones of the human body. Poly(ε-caprolactone) (PCL) is a one of biodegradable polymers and it can be fabricated easily. Collagen (Col) has the ability to increase the hydrophilicity and is a major component of the natural ECM. We concentrate on fabrication of ternary nanofiber matrices composed of PCL, BP and Col. Fabricated matrices can promote the osteogenic differentiation of preosteoblasts without hampering their proliferation. These results indicate that the PCL/BP/Col nanofiber matrices can be a promising candidate as scaffolds for Bone tissue engineering. |
