제목 Preparation of TiO2 nanocomposite films for dye-sensitized solar cells using echinoid-like particles
초록  Recently, dye-sensitized solar cells have been studied intensively because of its low cost of fabrication and relatively high power conversion efficiency. TiO2 particles are used as semiconductor layer, and their structure influences the photovoltaic performance significantly.
 In this study, TiO2 nanocomposite film for dye-sensitized solar cells was prepared using echinoid-like particles and nanoparticles. Echinoid-like particles can increase the adsorption of dyes because of its large surface area. Moreover, its sub-micron size can enhance the light harvesting by light scattering effect. Meanwhile, the connectivity between TiO2 particles can be improved by blending echinoid-like particles and nanoparticles.
