Sustained release of hGH using thermal gelling of mPEG-PAF aqueous solution |
| 초록 |
Aqueous solution of mPEG-PAF showed the thermo-reversible sol to gel transition. The present study describes synthesis and drug delivery application of poly (ethylene glycol)-poly (alanine-co-phenylalanine) (mPEG-PAF) block polymer for sustained release of human growth hormone (hGH) administered subcutaneously into rat model for in vivo study. In-vitro study was done in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) aqueous. |
