제목 | Synthesis and charcterization of poly epoxy amine |
초록 | Epoxy resin were used in the market place and are typically used in applications range from paper and card over print varnishes, wood coatings, screen and lithographic inks , electric insulator and architecture. In recent years, epoxy acrylate prepolymers are suitable for use in UV and thermal curing systems [1-4]. Specially novolac epoxy resin are often used as the structural adhesives in fiber composites for aircrafts and also as laminates in print-circuit boards or as a molding compound for semiconductor encapsulations. Novolac epoxy resin provide a higher aromatic content and more crosslink sites in the pendent position and give a cured resin with high heat resistance. The glass transition temperature of these resin are typically 30-50℃ higher than bisphenol-A epoxy resin[5]. In modern time, there are two major reasons for the current rapid advance of UV-curing technology. These are energy, matter conservation and environment pollution control[6].
