제목 Novel Manufacturing Process of Nanocomposites Using Supercritical Fluids
초록 Recently,supercritical fluids (SCF) have received a great deal of attention and are currently being used as environmentally friendly solvents for a range of materials synthesis and process applications including polymerization, polymer purification and fractionation, coating applications, and powder formation. In general, SCFs offer mass transfer advantages over conventional organic solvents because of their gaslike diffusivity, liquid-like density, low viscosity, and surface tension. In this study, we prepared the polymer/clay nanocomposites using supercritical fluids. Cloisites Na+-MMT,10A,15A,25A,30B,93A used in this study are natural montmorillonites modified with a quaternary ammonium salt. The nanocomposites of polymer/clay were charaterized by XRD, TGA, DSC, TEM and Mechanical property.
