제목 Control of Nanomaterial Arrangementson Patterned Block Copolymer Thin Films
초록 We present facile placement control of densely packed nanomaterial arrays (i.e. nanoparticles and nanorods) on surface reconstructed polystyrene-block-poly(methyl methacrylate) thin film patterns. Surface reconstruction of perpendicularly oriented block copolymer thin films induced by selective solvent vapor forms the topographical nano-patterns without the selective etching of a single domain for a post-treatment. We optimized the deposition method of nanomaterials and facilely fabricated densely packed nanomaterials one-dimensional and two-dimensional arrays in the groove of the pattern. Then using an electron irradiation, a pattern inversion of the surface reconstructed block copolymer films was occurred and applied to realize nanomaterial arrays on the top of the patterns and dual nanomaterials arrays for merging the properties of nanomaterials.
