The graphene is a monolayer of carbon atoms arranged in a 2D honeycomb structure, has been high electrical and thermal conductivity. Many researchers have theoretically studied about the control of thermal conductivity of graphene introducing nanoribbons or superlattices structures with sub-10 nm scale. The graphene can be patterned to sp3 bonds into the structure through functionalization. Thus, we realized the sub-10 nm graphene nanopatterns with high-quality monolayer graphene by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and block copolymers self-assembly. The graphene nanopattern films have been functionalized with plasma etching. Sub-10nm patterned graphene can be reduced thermal conductivity induced by phonon scattering. The characters of graphene are confirmed throughout scanning electron microcopy (SEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM) and Raman spectroscopy. |
