Electrospun poly(L-lactide-co-ε-caprolactone) nanofibers coated withcalcium phosphate for tissue engineering |
초록 |
This study is to develop an efficient process to provide electrospun poly(L-lactide-co-ε-caprolactone) (PLCL) fibers with a bone-like calcium phosphate (CaP). Firstly, the PLCL was fabricated by electrospinning. Then, the fibers were immersed in simulated body fluid (SBF) to mineralize for varying time periods (1, 3, 5, 7 and 14 days). The PLCL fibers coated with the CaP were characterized by using x-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and fourier transform spectroscopy (FT-IR). Biocompatibility of the CaP coated PLCL fibers were confirmed the biocompatibility by the water contact angle, cell cytotoxicity and fluorescence microscopy measurement and the PLCL fibers are expected to have a potential possibility as the natural bone in bone tissue engineering. |
