제목 Synthesis of Pyrene Derivatives and their Application to Organic Devices.
초록 New solution processable pyrene derivatives have been prepared and characterized by analytical and spectroscopic techniques. Organic Thin Film Transistors (OTFTs) are fabricated by spin coating and solution casting and molecular ordering and mobility of the OTFTs by solvent annealing and self assembly monolayers (SAMs) were investigated. The best performance of 1,3,6-Tris(2-(trimethylsilyl)ethynyl)pyrene was obtained by spin coating with heptanes on octyltrichlorosilane (OTS) treated SiO2. The mobility is 3.56x10^-4, the thereshold voltage is -2.34, and the on/off current ratio is 10^4.
