제목 Metal oxide for high-efficiency organic solar cells
초록 Organic solar cells(OSCs) have attracted much attention due to their advantages. Currently, many studies have been focused on metal oxide semiconductor between the active layer and electrode. Metal oxide semiconductor plays a role as an optical spacer/hole blocking layer. In this study, we fabricated OSCs with high-efficiency by introducing dopants into the metal oxide semiconductor. The improved device performance was attributed to an improved polymer/metal contact, more efficient electron extraction, and better hole blocking properties.
