The Hole extraction materials (HTMs) has been remarkable attention to get the high efficiency and stable under operating conditions. For the reasons, numerous organic, inorganic, and polymeric HTMs were applied in perovskite solar cell. However, the stability and preparation of HTMs are to be considered for high efficiency and stability in Perovskite solar cells (PSCs). Inorganic HTMs are most promising materials due to its high conductivity and stability against oxygen or water molecules. In this study, we developed the material which has the improved hole conductivity and stability under atmosphere. |
