| 제목 | Phase behavior in thin films of block copolymers |
| 초록 | A microphase-separated structure of PS-b-Poly(branched hexyl acrylate) film was studied by neutron reflectivity (NR). The spin-coated symmetric block copolymer (on a Si substrate) showed lamellar layers, which were oriented along the direction parallel to the substrate surface . The thickness, roughness, and scattering length density (SLD) profiles of each polymer in layers were evaluated from the fit of the reflectivity data. |
