제목 Synthesis of the water-soluble optical dendrimer using triazole formation reaction
초록 Dendrimers are the nano-sized material of current interest because of a variety of potential applications from their unique molecular structures. Optical dendrimers have been synthesized to improve optical and physical properties for nano-sized molecular switch, sensor, OLED, NLO, drug-delivery system, etc. The water-soluble organic chromophore is important in water media applications and environmental friend process and investigated by dendrimer derivation. To afford water solubility, the chromophores were designed to functionalize with ionic groups such as -SO3- and -NH3+. Triazole coupling reation was utilized for synthesis of high order dendrons carrying both organic chromophore and ionizable group in water. The dendrimer was finally established and characterized with UV, PL, IR and NMR.
