Direct synthesis of Ag nanoparticles on solid substrate |
초록 |
Synthesis of Ag nanoparticles on solid substrate discussed in present study. Ag nanoparticles are unique class of nanomaterials due to its optical and optoelectronic properties. Successful technological applications need thin films of Ag nanoparticles on solid substrate like surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS), sensing and optoelectronics. Thin films of nanomaterials prepared by sputtering or chemical vapor deposition. These methods are highly expensive. So in present study we carried out the direct synthesis of Ag nanoparticles on solid substrates. On solid substrates thin layers of AgNO3, trisodium citrate and ascorbic acid solution formed by bar coater and substrates were kept at 80oC in oven for 2 hr. After two hours again thin layers of precursor and reducing agents formed and kept for heating in oven. After 5 to 6 rounds the optical properties of films characterized with UV-VIS spectrometer. |
