제목 Synthesis of TPU/MWNT conducting resin and their physical properties
초록 Thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU) was synthesized by using polycarbonate diol(PCD), MDI and MWNT in order to conducting property of TPU film. The TPU film was prepared by twin extruder and hot press. Mechanical properties, thermal properties, and morphology of the TPU film were investigated. Their electrical property was also studied by using electric resistivity meter. Tensile strength, modulus and elongation at break decreased as the content of MWNT increased. But TPU film shows excellent electric resistivity property as the content of MWNT increased. The morphology of the fractured surface of TPU films was investigated by field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM). It was found that MWNT showed good dispersion.
