제목 | Development of Circulating Fluidized Bed Combustion(CFBC) Technology in China: State-of-the-art and Trend |
초록 | Abstract The capacity of CFBC(circulating fluidized bed combustion) in China is now over 70,000 MW, which holds up to 15% of total thermal power generation capacity and is the biggest in the world. Base on the rich experience of CFBC operation, the world’s largest supercritical CFB boiler, Baima 600 MW boiler research and demonstration project in Sichuan had ended with great success. Now more than 10 units of supercritical CFB boilers is under operation in China, and the number is increasing. Boiler efficiency is enhanced via scale-up and improvement of steam condition. Meanwhile, studies of reduction of initial SOx and NOx emission has also been researched and significant achievement has been made. In a reported operation result of a commercial CFB boiler in China, one achieved ultra-low emission without any desulfurization nor de-NOx. The initial SOx and NOx emission is reported as 8 ppm and 22 ppm with coal of sulfur content as 1.67%. This work, in the purpose of giving a good reference for Korean CFBC research, has showed the latest research progress and furture plan of CFBC in China. |
