In this study, we were synthesized bioreducible drug carrier (BRP) based on natural polymer. And then anticancer drug-encapsulated BRP was prepared by dialysis method. The characterization of product was investigated by FT-IR, 1H-NMR, HPLC and dynamic light scattering (DLS). The drug release behavior was confirmed by concentration of various glutathion (GSH) as coupling agent and pH condition. The cytotoxicity and antitumor activity were demonstrated by MTT assay.
